OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES

  • To provide advice, information, education, support, and assistance, as appropriate, for the legal, physical, social, and emotional needs of those who are head-injured, their carers, legal guardians, partners, family, friends, employers, teachers, and the public within New Zealand.
  • To ensure control, use and confidentiality of any material received or held by Headway B.O.P. in the pursuit of its aims and objectives.
  • To promote and encourage research, study, and education that:
     - Could lead to better care and support of the head-injured at home, work, school, institutions, hospitals or in the community.
    -  Could lead to better support and understanding for those carers, family relatives, workmates, professionals, school friends and other friends who have contact with those who are head injured.
